Hi everyone,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you — truly — for helping bring Parenting Pivot to life.
Over the last few weeks, things have started moving fast. I’ve recorded all but one of the parent interviews (and let me tell you, they’re powerful). I’ve also locked in our very first expert guest: Dr. Mandi White-Ajmani from Small Brooklyn, who will be kicking off Season 1 with the kind of insight and empathy that sets the tone for everything to come.
Beyond the content, a lot of the behind-the-scenes pieces have clicked into place. The website is live and working — blogs like this one are already going up, the contact forms work (small victories matter!), and I’ve created social media accounts across multiple platforms. We’re not quite ready to post yet, but they’re there, waiting for the right moment.
I’ve also mapped out our intro and outro visuals — I’ll be filming around Manhattan to give the show a real sense of place. I want people to feel that this is grounded, real, and very much alive.
More than anything, I wanted to reach out now — before the launch — to let you know this is really happening. If you’re receiving this, you’ve helped in some way. Whether you gave feedback, agreed to be interviewed, connected me with someone, or simply listened while I figured things out — thank you. Your support means the world to me.
This show is for all of us navigating the unexpected path of parenting a neurodivergent or special needs child. And now, finally, it’s taking shape.
With deep gratitude,
Patrick
